Courses are sold and delivered on our separate learning platform at learn.vibe2viable.com, which has its own Terms of Service and Refund Policy that govern any purchase. This website does not process payments.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

The Website itself does not sell products, host courses, or process payments. Course purchases and course access happen on our separate learning platform, described in the next section.

Our courses, downloadable materials, and other paid products are sold and delivered on our separate learning platform, not on this marketing Website. All purchases, pricing, payment processing, course access, and refunds are governed by that platform's own agreements:

When you make a purchase on the learning platform, that transaction is governed by those terms, not by these Website Terms. Payments on the learning platform are processed by Stripe; this marketing Website does not collect, handle, or store any payment information.

You agree to use the Website and our services in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner. You agree not to:

This marketing Website does not sell content. The license you receive when you purchase a course or downloadable materials — including any rights to use downloadable Claude Code skills, templates, and code in your own projects — is governed by the Terms of Service of our learning platform at learn.vibe2viable.com/terms, not by these Website Terms.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by Vibe2Viable. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Vibe2Viable shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIBE2VIABLE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Business interruption or losses resulting from implementation of our educational content
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Damages arising from website downtime, errors, or unavailability

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia, for any and all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website.

11.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be resolved through the following process:

  1. Informal Resolution: First, contact us at support@vibe2viable.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
  2. Formal Resolution: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by court proceedings in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia, as specified above.

12. United States Users

Vibe2Viable LLC is a United States company, and this Website is operated from the United States and directed to users in the United States. We do not target, market to, or direct this Website at individuals located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States, and we make no representation that the Website or its content is appropriate or available for use outside the United States.

If you access the Website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any local laws that apply to you. As a matter of practice, we honor reasonable data requests from individuals regardless of location, as described in our Privacy Policy.
